Can we make alterations to the wedding flowers on the website?
Yes we can. At sarahsflowers.co.uk we can mix and match any of the artificial wedding bouquets and arrangements that are on the website and add extra items such as diamantes, crystals, pearls and change any of the ribbon colours for you.
What is a bespoke order?
A bespoke order is for a product not that is not available on the Sarahs flowers website but that can be made to order. Not only can we make this one unique product but we can match the whole of your wedding around it, from guest buttonholes to the top table arrangement and everything else in between.
How much will postage cost?
Our postage prices are based on order value, starting from just £3.25

How long will my order take to make?
All our silk and artificial wedding bouquets and arrangements are handmade to order for you, so please allow 12-14 weeks for your wedding flowers to be made. If you require your flowers before this timescale please e-mail us as we can normally accommodate faster make up times for urgent orders.
How long will delivery take?
We use a number of different couriers depending on the size of the order, smaller orders normally go out with Royal mail taking 2-3 working days for delivery, larger orders with go out with Myhermes, with delivery taking between 3-4 working days. We also have next day delivery options available as an extra cost option. (This is for delivery only, not the make up of orders) 
I am getting married very soon, can you help me?
Yes, some orders can be made in 72-96 hours, but you will need to e-mail us first to check we do have the time to make your order and also the flowers in stock. Next day delivery will need to be taken as a cost option extra (£8.95).
Are the flowers real?
No, our flowers are just made to look like the real thing using a mixture of artificial materials such as foam, silk, latex and soft touch flowers.
Can you leave the stems on my bouquet open?
The stems of most artificial wedding flowers have metal in the middle so you can bend the stem into the shape you need, this is then covered in the paper, card or plastic you see. Leaving the stem unwrapped will leave these metal stems exposed which can be sharp and easily catch or snag on a brides wedding dress so we never do this.
Can i come and visit you?
I`m sorry we don`t have a shop or showroom to visit, as we are an internet based company only.
Do you have a catalogue?
I`m afraid we don`t have a catalogue or any printed material as everything we have goes onto the website directly, often on a daily daily basis.
How do i order my wedding flowers?
All of the items you see on our website are available to buy online. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, enter the quantity you need in the box and click ‘add to basket’. You can then go back and add additional items to your shopping basket or ‘proceed to checkout’
Can i order over the phone?
Yes you can, but you will need to have the website product code ready for the item you wish to order and your email address as i`m afraid we cannot take payment over the phone but will need to send you a paypal invoice to pay via email. You don`t need to have a paypal account to pay this and can use most credit or debit cards. Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday 9.30am-2.30pm 0121 722 3436
The ribbon colour you have used does not match my colour scheme
Simple changes like the colour or shade of ribbon we have used can easily be changed, just by adding a note in the message box when you go though checkout.
Are your staff qualified florists?
Yes, all of our staff are fully qualified florists with both NVQ and City and Guild qualifications,
I am worried about my wedding flowers getting damaged in the post?

We take a lot of care packing your wedding flowers to insure that they will not get damaged. We use a brand new box and plenty of packing paper for every order. If your parcel was to be damaged during transit then on arrival, you MUST write damaged when signing for your parcel and if the flowers inside have sustained any damage please contact us straight away.

What are the delivery charges for your wedding flowers?
We charge a delivery fee based on the value of the items you order, as shown on our Postage & Packaging page
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all the major credit and debit cards via PayPal.
How should i store/look after my wedding flowers, as i still have a few months/years to go before my wedding?
Keep them in a sealed box (The box they come in would be fine) away from damp, or hot radiators, direct sunlight, so a cool dry spare bedroom room, wardrobe or under the bed would be perfect. 
Do you accept orders placed from abroad?
We accept all orders from within Great Britain as well as Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
There will be a copy of your order in the box with your wedding flowers.
