Sarah’s Flowers Ltd steps up web presence
Sarah’s flowers is making huge improvements to its e-commerce website to provide customers with more choice and a faster browsing experience.
They have implemented the brand new version of there e-commerce platform and had a complete site redesign from top website specialists Electric Studio, which went live on the 22nd October 2008
Sarah’s flowers expects the redesigned site to reinforce its branding as a specialist artificial wedding flowers retailer and provide it with an advantage over its competitors.
Sarah’s flowers managing director Jason Read said that customers will begin to notice a faster shopping experience on the site with improved options such as the option to browse via colour choice immediately.
He added that Sarah’s flowers also wants to keep people updated via e-mail campaigns with special offers and notification of new product launches.
He also added there were lots of things that we have not been able to do with the web site up until now, but with the new platform and design we will be able to make changes to the site in real time and offer a more personalised customer experience.
