Wedding Ideas announces the winners of The Wedding Awards 2009!
Wedding Ideas magazine, the UK’s favourite fun-sized bridal title has announced the winners of the fourth annual Wedding Awards.
These awards are the only consumer wedding awards, voted for solely by readers of Wedding Ideas through a state-of-the-art online voting system.
The winners were announced at a glitzy, glamorous and fun ceremony on the 27th of January at Andaz Hotel in London’s Liverpool Street.
The awards are much sought after because of the real-life recommendation that leads to a nomination: “These are people and businesses being recognised for their grasp of what customers want, and their understanding of this unique industry,” said Rachel Moschke, editor of Wedding Ideas and host of the awards.

Launched in 2005, the awards were introduced as a chance to celebrate everything that is brilliant about the wedding industry. Uniquely voted for by the public, and of course readers of Wedding Ideas, businesses of any size have the option to be nominated. They are also completely free to enter – we do not charge for entry or by nomination.
Voting takes place by post, email and through the website. The votes are collated and counted and the winners picked early in the new year, ready to be announced - amid much speculation and excitement - at the ceremony and awards lunch in London on 27th January 2009.
