Q, Why choose Sarah's Flowers?
A, Sarah's flowers are the number 1 award winning* artificial wedding flower specialists we provide flowers for over 5000 brides annually, and this figure continues to grow every year so we truly are the experts in all aspects of wedding flowers.

Q, How long will delivery of my order take?
All our flowers and arrangements are handmade to order for you, so please allow 21-35 Working Days for dispatch of your wedding flowers,
if you require your flowers before then please add a note with your order so we can make sure your order goes out in time.
Please note larger orders may take longer.

Q, Are your artificial wedding flowers real?
A, No our flowers just look real, they are all artificial in either silk, foam, latex or soft touch flowers.

Q, Can we make alterations to the flowers on the website
A, Yes, We can mix and match any of the bouquets and arrangements that are on the website and add extra items such as diamantes, crystals, pearls and change any of the ribbon colours for you.

Q, The ribbon colour you have used does not match my colour scheme?
A, Simple changes like ribbon colour can either be requested when you go though checkout via the message box or we can put a custom order* on the website for you.

Q, Are all your staff trained florists?
A, All our staff are highly trained and qualified with NVQ and City and Guild qualifications.

Q, How are your parcels sent?
A, We use Royal Mail and other courier companies for our wedding flower deliveries.
Orders normally over £40.00  will need signing for but we can deliver to an alternative address such as work for you.

Q, I am getting Married very soon, can you help me?
A, Yes, most orders can be made in 72-96  hours, but you will need to e-mail us first to check and delivery may need to be upgraded to our next day service to make sure you get your wedding flowers in time.

Q, I am unsure what colours to have for my wedding flowers, are you able to advise me?
A, Yes if you send via e-mail as much information you can, we can give you the best options available for your wedding flowers.

Q, I am worried about my wedding flowers getting damaged in the post?
A, We take a lot of care packing our items, to insure that they will not get damaged.
Using a brand new box and plenty of packing paper for every order.
If you parcel was to be damaged during transit then on arrival, you MUST write damaged when signing for your parcel.

Q, How should i look after my wedding flowers, as i still have a few Months to go?
A, Keep them in a sealed box (The box they come in would be fine) away from damp, or radiators, sunlight, so a cool dry spare bedroom room would be perfect.

Q, Who should i supply buttonholes and corsages for?
A, Depending on your budget, all the guests can have buttonholes and corsages or just main wedding party.

Q, Do you ship internationally?
A, We only ship to the UK and Republic of Ireland at the moment sorry.

Q, How can i pay?
A, The website is set up to handle payment via Sage Pay who are a secure payment provider, and we also accept paypal.

Q. Who are Sage?
A. Sage pay are an accredited payment service provider. Who handle your credit card transaction in a highly secure environment.

Q. How to make a purchase on the Sarah's Flowers website
A. Step 1:- Add your product to your basket by clicking on the "add product" button which is next to the quantity box where you can also select the amount you require.
If you have more items to purchase just continue to shop.

Step 2:- Click onto the "View Basket" button which can be found on the bottom left hand side of the web page.
Check you have all the items you require in your basket and that they are all correct.

Step 3- Click the "Checkout" button

Step 4:- Log in page
If you are a new customer or have not already registered then you will be asked at this point to register.
This just provides us with your delivery details, e-mail address and phone number in case we need to speak to you about your order.

Existing customers just need to enter there e-mail address and password to log in.

Step 5:- Check your invoice and delivery address are correct, ( you can enter a different or work delivery address here if you prefer)
Then click the "Checkout" button

Step 6:- Choose your payment option...
1. Pay securely with any credit or debit card (this is the default option)
2. Paypal account
If you have any comments regarding your order please add them in to the message box at this stage.

Step 7:- Click the "Checkout" buttonhole which will then take you to our secure Sage Pay payment service provider or to Paypal if you have selected this option.

*A Custom order is a listing put on the website that explains any alterations to products that are needed to create the ideal flowers for you.
